The name yet unknown (paternal grandmother)
Like the lapping of water,
Like the pealing of bells,
Like the angel's laughter,
Somewhere in the heavens, she dwells,
Such a memory she left me with,
I searched but I could never get,
With such a piece I go and sit,
Knowing that I shall never forget.
Come, lend me a hand
Else I shall drown,
Come, cast a spell with a wand,
And I shall meet you on a new dawn.
Like the lapping of water,
Like the pealing of bells,
Like the angel's laughter,
Somewhere in the heavens, she dwells,
Such a memory she left me with,
I searched but I could never get,
With such a piece I go and sit,
Knowing that I shall never forget.
Come, lend me a hand
Else I shall drown,
Come, cast a spell with a wand,
And I shall meet you on a new dawn.
